Afraid it isn't going to happen. Just going from the fact that all the default advertising and stuff uses a male Shepard... my guess is that if they made a movie that'd be the version they chose as canon. And a paragon at that.
But wait, tight outfits? Have you LOOKED at the armor female Marines wear? Okay, so it's a hell of a lot more feminine than modern battle armor, but it is the least-sexualized
form-fitting armor I have ever seen, and it averts the hell out the infamous
chainmail bikini.
EDIT:
And yes, that's Ashley, not Shepherd. It's still the same armor. And yes, I realize they gave up on vauge realism in armor for anyone but Shepard in ME2. I guess they couldn't stand going for more than one game without creating someone who dressed like Jack.
Though honestly, I would prefer to see Ms. Commander Shepard on a screen for two hours than Mr. Commander Shepard... it ain't gonna happen.
Also, I don't seem to have originally mentioned that I find it amusing just how perfect Seth Green is for Joker. I guess they modeled the character on him rather than just using his voice?
Also, yes, this is an old thread and normally I would bitch about necromancing, but just look how little posting goes on here. We need anything we can get.
ALSO, my attempt at TVTropes-entrapment for the day has been completed, thank you.
