EA have today officially completed their takeover of Bioware and Pandemic Studios and put them under the EA Games label. EA announced in back in October 2007 that it would be acquiring BioWare and Pandemic’s parent company, VG Holdings, in a deal that was worth $860 million.

These values continue to be upheld by all levels of EA and we couldn’t be more excited about the future of our studio and our games.
Followed closely by a comment from one half of the heads of Bioware Ray Muzyka.
EA has shown great respect for the creative integrity of our studios and BioWare’s core values of quality in our workplace, quality in our products, and entrepreneurship.
